In Tape to Tape's Campaign, your team is the Squad you pick at the start of a run. Each Squad brings its own rules, roster and bench, so the Squad decides how the whole run plays.
Quick Answer
To change your campaign team, start a new run and pick a different Squad on the selection screen. You can't swap Squads in the middle of a run; starting a new one asks you to abandon the current run first. During a run, you change the roster instead by hiring players and rotating your bench.
How to pick a different Squad
Start a new run
Open Campaign and start a new run. If you have a run in progress, the game asks whether to abandon it before you reach Squad selection.
Choose a Squad
Pick any unlocked Squad. Locked Squads show what you need to do to unlock them.
Pick your superstar
Choose the superstar who joins Angus McShaggy for this run, then head onto the map.

What each Squad changes
Squads change the rules of the run, not just the faces on the ice.

If you want to build through recruiting, take the GM Squad. If you pick the Slapshot Squad, plan your attack without wrist shots.
Changing your roster during a run
Once a run has started, you shape the team through players instead of Squads. Hire new players along the map, carry extra Benchwarmers if your Squad has bench space, and decide between games who plays and who rests, especially when players are injured.

Custom jerseys, colors and logos
Your team's look is set separately from the Squad. In Team Customization, use the option at the bottom right to set your colors and logo for the Campaign.
Open Team Customization
Go to Team Customization from the main menu.
Choose the bottom-right option
Select the option at the bottom right to set up your Campaign colors and logo.
Set both jerseys
Set a Home jersey and an Away jersey.
Tip: set both shirts properly. When your colors are too close to the opponent's, the game switches you to the other jersey for that match.
Custom colors and logos only change how your team looks. Your players and their abilities still come from the Squad and the run.
